• This is my first wig, how does the process work and how do I place an order?
- Wigs are SUPER simple! Find the wig(s) you desire the most under the “ready to wear” tab or the “pre-order” tab, add them to your cart, and checkout!

- Email info@ve-beauty.com including your name, a reference photo, and/or wig specifics (length, color, texture, and desired style) to receive further assistance.
• What is BYOB?
- BYOB stands for bring your own bundles. If you order bundles from my website and would like a custom made wig or are providing bundles to have constructed into a wig, this is the service for you!
• I scheduled an appointment and ordered hair/a wig from you, can my hair be kept on hand?
- Yes! If you purchase hair or a wig from Visionary Elegance, your hair/wig will automatically be kept on hand until the date of your scheduled appointment for client convenience. If your appointment is cancelled for any reason, the order can be picked up or shipped out. (Whichever method was selected at checkout). 
• Do wigs damage your hair/edges?
- Your natural hair and edges are fully protected as long as you have the proper braid foundation and a proper wig cap is used. Removal is also a huge part of protecting your hair and edges.
• How do I remove my wig properly?
- Your wig should be removed using lukewarm water, shampoo, and conditioner combined OR C22 Solvent from your local beauty supply. NEVER USE ALCOHOL! It will damage, strip, and dry out your skin/hairline.
• What is the difference between a 4x4 closure and a 13x4 frontal?
- A closure is highly recommended for beginners, it covers about 1/3 of your hairline. Closures are low maintenance and have minimal versatility. A frontal is high maintenance and has more versatility.
• Do you sell 5x5, 6x6, and 7x7 closures?
- Visionary Elegance offers HD 5x5 closures online. If you would like to upgrade your closure, this is available upon request. Please email info@ve-beauty.com after placing your order if you would like to upgrade your lace size.
• What type of lace is included when purchasing a single closure or frontal or hair bundle deals?
- Our frontals and closures are HD. Transparent lace is available upon request. Please email info@ve-beauty.com after placing your order if you would like to change your lace.
• What is the difference between transparent/HD lace and swiss/brown lace?
- HD lace is the thinnest and highest quality of lace. It produces the most seamless appearance. Due to the delicacy of this specific lace, it is reusable, but it is not recommended for everyday use. *Recommended for special occasions like: photoshoots, social events, professional photos, etc.
- Transparent lace is a high quality lace and produces a seamless appearance due to the capability of matching any skin complexion with the use of lace tint or a powder foundation that best matches your skin complexion. *Recommended for daily wear.
- Swiss/Brown Lace is a low quality lace. It is best for darker skin complexions. This lace can sometimes appear thick, dark, or gray. It is very visible to the eye. *Recommended for darker skin complexions.
• What is a pre-order wig?
- A pre-order wig is purchasing a wig before it is available with the understanding that it will be shipped later. 
• What is a ready to wear wig?
- A ready to wear wig is exactly what it sounds like, a wig that is available on-hand and can be applied with minimal customization.
• What is turnover time?
- Turnover time means the average amount of time required to produce a specific item or product.
• How long does it take for ready-to-wear wigs to ship?
- Ready to wear wigs ship within 1-3 business days. They can also be picked up upon inquiry.
• Do you carry hair on hand?
- Visionary Elegance is working toward on-hand stock, currently all hair must be purchased online. 
• Are your wigs glue-less?
- All ready to wear, pre-order, custom order, and BYOB wigs include elastic bands for adjusting. They are removable and can be placed back inside at any time.
• How many bundles are recommended for a full look?
- It is recommended that you purchase 3 bundles for a full look. If you would like density higher than 180%, it is recommended that you purchase 4 or more bundles.
• Can your bundles be bleached/dyed?
- Natural color bundles can be bleached to a #27. If you desire bright colors such as yellow, blue, purple, pink, ETC, it is recommended that you purchase 613 blonde bundles.
• What is the shipping process?
- All orders have a 1-3 business day(s) (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) payment processing time. After your payment is processed, your order will ship within the listed time frame (ex: 5-7 business days for hair bundles, 7-21 business days for wigs). After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment to reflect movement. If you are getting a wig constructed or scheduled for an install with hair included, your hair will be shipped directly to me for customization. You will receive tracking information via email.
- Local deliveries will receive a text message notification confirming your order being ready for delivery after it is shipped to me. Orders will then be delivered on the assigned delivery day. A photo and automated delivery confirmation will be sent.
• How much are your coloring services?
- Coloring information and pricing can be viewed under the “Coloring Services” tab of my website.
• How long does wig construction take?
- All wig turnover time is 7-21 business days. If order volume is high, turnover time could be a maximum of 30 business days. Visionary Elegance works hard to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.
• I want to cancel my order, can I get a refund?
- All sales are FINAL after your payment is processed. Unless there are inconveniences such as a product being out of stock, temporarily unavailable, ETC, all sales are final.
• Does this hair shed?
- The truth is, no hair is perfect. With our aligned cuticles and reinforced wefts, you may see minimal shedding, nothing excessive.
• How long does this hair last?
- With proper care and maintenance, this hair can last up to 4+ years.
• Should I co-wash my bundles?
- Co-washing means washing with conditioner. We recommend a co-wash once a week with moisturizing conditioner to ensure your extensions get the nutrients and moisture they need. When you first receive your extensions, it is important to co-wash the hair. Shampooing can strip the hair of its moisture. Always use WARM water.
• How should I care for my hair extensions?
- Treat your hair as your own!
- Use phosphate and sulfate free products on the hair extensions. 
- Detangle your hair before washing and before going to bed.
- Comb extensions using a wide-toothed comb.
- Air drying is recommended.
- Braid or twist curly hair and cover it with a bonnet before going to bed.
- Please seek professional assistance before coloring your extensions.
• What products do you recommend?
- For Straight and Body Wave Hair:
