Shipping, Return, & Exchange Policy
Shipping Policy:
• Ready to wear wigs have a 1-3 business day(s) payment processing time. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after the payment processing period is complete. (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays and non-working days). Please allow 48 hours for your shipment to reflect movement via your issued tracking number. Please be sure to submit measurements for wig orders, Visionary Elegance is not responsible for incorrect measurements.
• Hair extensions and accessory orders have a 1-3 business day(s) payment processing time. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after the payment processing period is complete. (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays and non-working days). Please allow 48 hours for your shipment to reflect movement via your issued tracking number.
• Pre-order wig orders have a 1-3 business day(s) payment processing time. ALL pre-order wig turnover time is 14-30 business days after the payment processing period is complete for both shipping and local delivery. This includes the processing time for coloring, styling, and any other requests (if applicable). Once your unit is shipped, please allow 48 hours for your shipment to reflect movement via your issued tracking number. Please be sure to submit measurements for wig orders, Visionary Elegance is not responsible for incorrect measurements.
• Membership exclusives: Custom wig turnover time for members is 7-15 business days. Orders have a 1-3 business day(s) payment processing time. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after the payment processing period is complete. (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays and non-working days). Please allow 48 hours for your shipment to reflect movement via your issued tracking number. Please be sure to submit measurements for wig orders, Visionary Elegance is not responsible for incorrect measurements.
Please refrain from reaching out regarding order status updates unless your order has exceeded the shipping policy turnover time.
Requests such as pre-cut lace, parting changes, elastic band changes, cap adjustments (mesh or dome), ETC must be included in the notes section prior to checkout or your request cannot be fulfilled.
Once your order has been finalized during the production process and has been shipped or delivered from my vendor, any changes or updates regarding your order are not feasible.
All orders are processed in the order received. Order updates can be tracked via the Shop app or your email address once your order has been shipped. Depending upon order volume at the time your order is placed, orders may sometimes have a longer turnover time period, up to 30 business days but will not exceed 45 business days. We work hard to fulfill all orders within the promised turnover timeframe!

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Order is placed online.
2. Order will begin payment processing period (1-3 business days, the order will not reflect movement at this time).
3. Payment processing period completes (within 1-3 business days) and your order will ship within the listed timeframe.
4. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. This can be located in your email or the shop app. (Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipment to reflect movement).
5. Order estimated delivery dates can be found using the assigned tracking number.
6. Once a tracking number is received, all order information, questions, and concerns are to be addressed via USPS or FedEx. Once the order leaves Visionary Elegance’s possession, ownership transfers to the customer and the package is now USPS’ or FedEx’s responsibility.

• Please be sure all of your shipping and contact information is correct prior to completing checkout. Visionary Elegance is not responsible for incorrect addresses. We cannot change addresses, if your address is incorrect, your order will be cancelled. Visionary Elegance works hard to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience!
• Orders are processed in the order received (Monday-Friday excluding holidays and non-working days). There is a rush fee that can be applied to your order if you need it by a specific date. Once your order is placed, please email customerservice@ve-beauty.com to have your order prioritized and expedited. There is a minimal of 7 business days needed for expedited shipping services.
• We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
Pick-Up:
• Pick-up is unavailable for any orders placed online. All orders must be shipped, delivered, and signed for by the receiver to the customer address on file for documentation and paper trail purposes.
Shipping Carrier:
• Orders are shipped via USPS/FedEx priority mail. Once your item(s) have shipped and you receive an email with your assigned tracking number, anything regarding your package is controlled by USPS/FedEx. Visionary Elegance will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Signature confirmation is strictly enforced on orders over $150.00. Please be sure someone is available to retrieve your item(s) if your order amount meets the signature confirmation criteria or you may have to pick it up from your local USPS/FedEx mail facility.
• Visionary Elegance is not responsible for incorrect addresses or delays once a package has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier.
• Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Any information, status updates, lost or stolen packages, ETC regarding your order will need to be handled via USPS/FedEx. After your order ships, Visionary Elegance is no longer responsible.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once your order is placed and you agree to the terms and conditions of the policy at checkout, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
• If you place an order and wish to cancel for any reason, per the policy of all sales are final, a gift card in the total amount of your order will be issued to you via email within 7-10 business days. The gift card can be used online for any future purchases at our store.
• Once you agree to the terms and conditions at checkout, your payment is processed and an order number is assigned, if a dispute is opened or filed for the product before or after your order has been completed or shipped, you will be banned from purchasing from Visionary Elegance.
Return Policy:
• All sales are FINAL. If you receive the incorrect item(s), you will have the option to exchange your order for the correct item(s) or something likewise. If the item(s) exchanged is more than original item(s) purchased, the difference must be paid in full before the exchange will be confirmed. Shipping costs for returning your items is not covered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep record of all tracking and billing information for documentation purposes.
Exchange Policy:
• There are NO exchanges unless you have received the wrong item(s). Shipping errors do happen and I am human, we do sincerely apologize. Please email customerservice@ve-beauty.com for customer service. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
