• How do I become a member/subscriber?
Go to the “make-me-a-wig” tab of our website, select “become a member” and checkout.
• What is the difference between ready-to-wear wigs, pre-order wigs, and custom order wigs?
Ready-to-wear wigs are wigs that are on-hand, available, fully customized and ready to be installed right from the packaging.
Pre-order wigs are wigs that must be ordered (product is not readily available), fully customized (bleached knots, plucked hairline, styled), and shipped after customization is fully complete.
Custom order wigs are wigs that are made 100% from scratch and enhanced with our signature logo, made for you upon request. These are wigs that must be ordered (product is not readily available), fully constructed, fully customized (bleached knots, plucked hairline, styled) and shipped after customization is fully complete.

• How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly/yearly memberships/subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime with no obligation. All sales are final. (If you cancel before your membership period ends, you are still responsible for your subscription payment(s).
• Do I have to have a membership to purchase from from you?
No. Memberships/subscriptions are exclusive to loyal, returning clients to cut down on costs and SAVE money! If you do not have a membership, you still have access to purchasing, but exclusive deals and offers will not be applied.
• Can I share my membership/subscription information?
No. Our discounts and offers are made exclusive to members and subscribers only. If you are sharing information with non-members, your membership will be revoked and you will be banned from the subscription program.
• How do I retrieve these deals when I’m ready to purchase or schedule an appointment?
All membership information and instructions will be sent directly to your email once subscribed.
• Are there discounts on other services when I subscribe/become a member?
Not at this time. What you see listed are the deals and offers made exclusively for subscribers. If a NEW deal is made available to members only, a collective announcement will be made on social media and an email will be sent to each member.
• How many times can I use my membership?
Once you become a subscriber, your membership deals can be used/redeemed at anytime as long as it is within your subscription period. (ie: If you plan to subscribe for 3 months, your membership deals can be used for 3 months, unlimited).
• Can deals and offers be used at the same time?
Yes. Deals and offers can be used simultaneously. (ie: Purchasing a custom order wig and claiming a $75.00 wig install or claiming 10% off bundle purchases and claiming FREE shipping).
• When will I receive access to these deals and offers after I subscribe?
As soon as you complete checkout and payment processing is complete, please check your email within 30 minutes to review your membership information and instructions.
